Ricarda D. Benz, M.D.
 Dr. Benz joined the Gunn Towbin Center in 2006 and enjoys the caring and professional environment of the practice. She excels in bringing the most current research and procedures to the practice, especially in the areas of female urology, adolescent gynecology and minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
After receiving her medical degree at Tufts Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr.
Benz was honored with a residency scholarship from The United States Air Force. She served our country until 2000 when she was awarded an honorable discharge.
After establishing a successful private practice in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Dr. Benz chose to return to Orange County to be closer to her family.
Dr. Benz brings special training in female urology, including urinary incontinence and advanced techniques in correcting all types of pelvic organ prolapse. She also enjoys treating the concerns of young women and is a member of the North American Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Association.
In addition to being a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, she is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the California Medical Association and the Orange County Medical Association.
Dr. Benz and her husband, Patrick Green, have three beautiful children, Samantha, Sean and Elena. They enjoy beach activities and spending time together.
