Women Age 18 - 30

Most women during this stage are busy with schooling, career advancement and starting a family.  Health is typically good, but preventive health care is often sidestepped while women care for others.    Nutrition and exercise are very important during this time of life as well as beginning a regime of routine health screening.

    • CBC
    • Lipoprotein Profile (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, Triglycerides)
    • Cardiac Risk Markers (CRP-HS)
    • Thyroid Profile
    • Metabolic Panel (Kidney, Liver, Bone and Electrolytes)
    • Fasting Blood Sugar
    • Chest X-Ray, if smoker

  • Tetanus-Diphtheria Booster

  • Hepatitis A and B Vaccine
  • Meningococcal Vaccine
  • Influenza Vaccine, optional
