  • Mammogram, beginning at age 40
  • Clinical Breast Examination
  • Clinical Skin Examination
  • Fecal Occult Blood Test, age 40 and above
  • Labs:
    • CBC
    • Lipoprotein Profile (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, Triglycerides)
    • Cardiac Risk Markers (CRP-HS)
    • Thyroid Profile
    • Metabolic Panel (Kidney, Liver, Bone and Electrolytes)
    • Fasting Blood Sugar

Every 2 Years

  • DEXA (Osteoporosis Screening), if indicated
  • Eye Examination/Glaucoma Screening
  • Electrocrdiogram (EKG), if indicated
  • Chest X-Ray, If Smoker

Every 3 Years

  • HPV Testing on Pap Smear

Every 5 - 10 Years

  • Colonoscopy, if indicated
